Dr. Robert C. Reardon

Dr. Robert C. Reardon is currently Professor and Program Director for Instruction, Research, and Program Evaluation in the Career Center and Co-Director of the Center for the Study of Technology in Counseling and Career Development at The Florida State University.

Dr. Reardon, a National Certified Career Counselor, has conducted research since 1974 on the development of innovative career interventions, including the SDS. Dr. Reardon and his colleague, Dr. Janet Lenz, have conducted more than forty workshops throughout the United States teaching career professionals creative ways to use the Self-Directed Search and other Hollnd-based materials to help individuals solve their career problems.
