Hi, I'm the human behind The Career Reframe. My name is Lyndsay. But this is not about me. It’s about a question I’ve been trying to answer for the last 10 years: How can we find work we love without losing ourselves or compromising our life?

I’m on a mission to help you (and myself) reframe unhelpful career philosophies and regain our happiness in work and in life. My vision is to shift our perception of ourselves, our context, and our options to minimize the negativity that WE create in our lives.

​I’m not the expert. I teach what I am learning myself. I share what I have gathered from everywhere and everyone. I'm a theorist and practitioner. A researcher and resource aggregator. An idealist wanting to free herself from the burdensome expectations and negative framing around careers. 

Together—with peers, mentors, academia, and more—we can identify best practices to help us all live a life we love, find a job we'd thrive in, and define our career our way. I'm on a mission to empower you (and myself) to thrive.

  • Work can be frustrating, whether you're self-employed or working for others. Learn what beliefs, language, and unknowns hold you back from thriving at work and in life. Our online courses and tools help you first understand your unconscious needs, then help you redesign your mind and life for happiness. Learn how to be your own career coach and work therapist.

  • Management is hard, but managing employees is harder. Keeping your employees engaged and motivated is time-consuming and emotionally exhausting. We're here to help. Direct your employees to our portfolio of solutions to help them articulate an "engagement" plan to increase their motivation; identify their career development goals; and improve their behavior. We can't guarantee results, but we know more self-awareness is the first step. That's what we're here to provide your employees.
