Our guides are designed to help facilitate conversation and point you in the right direction. However, they are just that—guides. Here is what our career guides ARE and are NOT.

These ARE Tactical, Concrete, Wholistic

These tactical tools are designed to help you think more expansively and deterministically, reduce the vagueness, identify barriers to your motivation, expose traditional leadership development plans, and solidify your dreams into actionable statements and plans.

These ARE Based On Best Practices

Designed from HR tools, academia, industry thought-leaders, and personal experience of hundreds of career professionals. We continue to revise, adjust, and add as the industry evolves and as we gain feedback from community members like you.

These Are NOT Open-Ended

We do more than ask the obvious questions you could already ask yourself. First, we provide concrete, yes/no type questions to help you clearly articulate your needs and career path. Only then do we ask reflective questions to compare your current situation to your articulated desires/path. 

These Will NOT Tell You Your EXACT Career/Job

Instead, we provide tools to aid your decision-making, planning, and job search process. For example, in one guide you identify your top 5 values/priorities to use when comparing job opportunities or when shaping your ideal job/lifestyle.

These Will NOT Answer Themselves :)

We cannot guarantee results, but we can guarantee that if you don't set time aside to complete this, it certainly will not help you. We recommend scheduling one to two hours a day (or week) to complete this. If you prefer video courses, we will have the video course available in the coming month(s).
